  2. Para elaborar la masa; mezclar la harina de arro, trigo y fécula de maíz.
  3. Agregar los 100 ml de agua poco a poco conforme lo vaya necesitando la masa.
  4. Amasar la masa durante 5 minutos más y dejar reposar.
  5. Para elaborar el relleno;cortar en juliana la calabaza, pimiento rojo, cebolla y zanahoria. En chiffonade cortar la acelga y col.
  6. Con una cucharada de aceite saltear los vegetales, sazonar con sal y pimienta.
  7. Para elaborar los rollitos extender la masa con la ayuda de harina para evitar que se pegue en la superficie de la mesa.
  8. Cortar en cuadros de 8 cm por 8 cm.
  9. Agregar el relleno de vegetales salteados.
  10. Enrollar perfectamente para evitar que salga el relleno.
  11. Poner a calentar los 500 ml de aceite, una vez que esté en su punto agregar los rollitos. Una vez dorados retirar del fuego.
  12. Servir caliente acompañado de salsa de soya.
