Hace un par de meses hice este arroz y tenía las fotos de los pasos en mis borradores. Las he rescatado motivada por el nuevo juego Mi Abecedario de Recetas (me encanta este tema 😍). Las salchichas vegetarianas las compré por curiosidad y cuando tenía sobras de arroz cocido en la nevera, se me ocurrió usar las salchichas para hacer un arroz con algún toque oriental y con ingredientes saludables. Salió muy rico y esta mañana por fin comparto la receta y así arranco mi abecedario con la A (y ya estoy pensando en cómo abordar la B 😉).

Agregamos el pimiento y calabacín troceados y removemos a fuego moderado 5 minutos. Echamos las salchichas cortadas, el cilantro picado y el jengibre rallado. Agregamos la cúrcuma y el vino, removemos y dejamos la sartén 5 minutos a fuego moderado con la tapa puesta.
- Destapamos la sartén y agregamos los garbanzos, la salsa de tamari y el arroz.
- Removemos todo a fuego lento para que se mezclan los sabores. Probamos un poco y ajustamos sal y pimienta a nuestro gusto. Apagamos el fuego y como toque final agregamos las semillas chía y de calabaza. Y ya está listo para servir y disfrutar - bon appétit!!
