  8. Pasarla por la máquina de pastas(pasta linda) para afinar la masa hasta llega al número 3, siempre espolvorear con harina.
  9. Cortar los fideos como más les gusten yo esta vez los hice anchos n°7
  10. Hervir en abundante agua(yo los hice en 2 ollas) una vez que hierva meter los fideos revolver y una vez que hierva nuevamente Sacar y colar. Disfrutarlos con la salsa que más prefieran. La mía fue con champiñones 😋
