  3. Cortar trozos formando cilindros y estos, cortarlos en trozos pequeños. Poner harina, y con un tenedor ir formando los ñoquis.(Cada poco poner el dedo en la harina, para que no se nos pegue la masa)
  4. Hervir el agua con aceite y hervirlos hasta que estén tiernos. Colar y disfrutar con tuco o salsa a gusto. (No puse queso pues tienen Ricota, pero es a gusto)¡Buen Provecho!
