  4. Para cocinar la calabaza (ver foto) corto trozos de 2 CM o más de ancho, le saco la cáscara y pongo a cocinar al horno en fuente antihadherente o colocando papel manteca o aluminio para que no se pegue, sin nada de aceite ni sal. Cuando dora
    de ambos lados retiro. Dejo enfriar y luego puedo usar para licuar.
