- Una vez pasado el tiempo la ponemos a fuego bajo, preferentemente en una olla de fondo grueso
- Cocinamos revolviendo constantemente... Se va a empezar a hacer puré y podemos ayudar con la ayuda de la cuchara o de un pisapapa hasta que quede todo como un puré liso
- Particularmente a mà me gusta que quede bien lisa, pero también pueden dejar los pedacitos, es gusto. Una vez lista enfrascamos EN CALIENTE... Y cuando se enfrÃe está lista para comer 💪
