- 1 Calabaza
- 1 Zanahoria
- 1/4 Morrón rojo
- 2 Huevos
- 1 Cebolla

- c/n Aceite de oliva
- Orégano, sal, y pimienta a gusto
- Queso cremoso (opcional) a gusto
- Para la Masa:
- 2 Tazas harina leudante
- 1/2 Taza aceite de girasol
- 1 Taza (aproximadamente) de agua hirviendo
- 1 Cdita sal
- Romero para perfumar la masa (opcional)

- Primero preparamos la masa, en un recipiente agregamos las dos tazas de harina leudante, hacemos un hoyito en el centro y agregamos el aceite, la sal y el romero si nos gusta (algunas hojitas), por último el agua hirviendo, agregamos media taza y empezamos a mezclar con una cuchara y si es necesario agregamos más agua. una vez que mezclamos todo unimos mejor todo con las manos, debe quedar una masa suave. la llevamos a la heladera mientras preparamos el relleno.
- Hervimos el zapallo o calabaza en cubos y los 2 huevos. Picamos la cebolla y el morrón bien finitos, rallamos la zanahoria, pelamos y picamos el tomate. Ponemos en una sartén 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y lo llevamos al fuego, cuando este caliente agregamos la cebolla y la saltemos un poco, cuando este transparente agregamos el morrón, la zanahoria y el tomate y los cocinamos, agregamos el orégano y salpimentamos.
- Pelamos y picamos los dos huevos y agregamos a la preparación anterior.
- Sacamos la masa de la heladera, la estiramos un poco con las manos y forramos con ella una tartera o asadera. Le colocamos el relleno y el queso cremoso y espolvoreamos más orégano (opcional). Lo llevamos al horno a 150ºc por unos 20 minutos. Y listo, a disfrutar de una opción saludable!!
