- Ponemos en un Tupper adentro del micro y al sacarlo muucho cuidado porque está muy caliente. Si quieren dejen enfriar un poco.
- En las fotos anteriores muestro sólo el kabutiá, pero hacemos lo mismo con las otras verduras. (Me olvidé de sacarle foto al calabacín).
- Le sacamos la cáscara a todo con ayuda de una cuchara. Ponemos todo en un bowl e integramos con el huevo y los condimentos. El relleno pronto.
- Para la masa ponemos en un bowl la harina, en el medio el agua y el aceite. Mezclamos al comienzo con una cuchara y luego (cuando está como en la primer foto) continuamos con las manos. Integramos todo bien y amasamos.
- Colocamos la masa en la tortera y luego el relleno. Al horno medio durante 40 minutos.
