  4. Sacar del horno la calabaza. Ponerla con la cáscara hacia abajo. Darle horno fuerte 5/10 minutos sin el papel aluminio para dorar
  5. Una vez dorada y bien cocida rellenar con la preparación de carne.
  6. Cubrir con cubitos de queso o queso en hebras. Light o el que quieran. Gratinar 5 minutos en el horno y listo!!!! Riquísimo es poco!
